David Nilsen is a food and beverage writer living with his wife, daughter, and very irritable cat just outside Dayton. He focuses on craft beer and craft chocolate, and is the host of the Bean to Barstool podcast looking at the intersections of craft chocolate and artisan drinks, the author of Pairing Beer and Chocolate, and the co-editor of the Final Gravity zine. He’s an Advanced Cicerone and an award-winning member of both the North American Guild of Beer Writers and the British Guild of Beer Writers.
